Geoff Redgrave, PGA
Director of Golf & Instruction at the Wintergreen Golf Academy. Geoff is one of only 100 worldwide Certified SwingModel Golf Instructors. Geoff is a native of Potomac, MD, however, has spent the majority of his golf career in South Florida as the former Director of Instruction at PGA National Resort & Spa located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Additionally, Geoff worked at the Tam-O-Shanter Club located on Long Island, NY.

Geoff’s vast playing experience has included playing the Tommy Armour Tour, Central Florida Tour, South Florida Tour, and the Dakotas Tour. Additionally, Geoff has played in numerous Middle Atlantic, South Florida and Met PGA Section Events that include multiple Virginia State Opens and MAPGA Professional Championships, two New York State Opens, one Met Open (former PGA Tour event) and four New York Met PGA Championships. Geoff won the South Florida Section Assistants Tournament at the Champion Course at PGA National, currently home to the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic. A former Division One college baseball player, Geoff was drafted by the Cleveland Indians. Geoff is married to Mary Lynn and has a daughter Erin.
Philip Licata, PGA
Head Golf Professional at Devils Knob Golf Club. Born in NY, raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Philip has called South Florida home for 17 years. He was a core instructor at The Academy of Golf at PGA National and Director of the Short Game Academy. Philip served as Head Golf Professional at The Florida Club in Stuart, Florida. He gained valuable private club experience at Rumson CC on the Jersey shore for six seasons before coming to Wintergreen.

David Moga
Lead instructor at the Wintergreen Golf Academy. David is one of only 100 worldwide certified SwingModel golf instructors. David is a graduate of the Golf Academy of the South with a degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management. Prior to Wintergreen Resort, David was employed as a golf academy assistant and assistant golf professional at the World renowned Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida.

David's playing highlights include four time all-county, all-district high school honors-1996-1999, two time all-state honors-1998-1999, three time North eastern Ohio conference winner-1997-1999, Ashtabula County Amateur Champion-2001, National Optimist Junior qualifier-1997. David also plays in numerous PGA mid-atlantic section events each season where he continues to grow as a player.
Steven Potter
The First Assistant Golf Professional at Stoney Creek Golf Club and Lead Instructor with the Wintergreen Golf Academy, Steven is a native to Berkeley Springs, WV. Steven is a graduate of West Liberty University near Wheeling, WV where he played Division II collegiate golf for the Hilltoppers all four of his college years. After graduating from West Liberty, Steven became the 2nd Assistant Golf Professional at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. Additionally, Steven has worked and taught at other renowned golf clubs such as: TPC Jasna Polana in Princeton, NJ, The Greenbrier Sporting Club in White Sulphur Springs, WV, and Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL.

Steven’s playing career has included lettering all 4 years as a member of his high school golf team, 3 of which were as the number one player on the team. Steven competed as a junior on the Top-Flite Junior golf tour winning once and placing in the top 10 numerous times in the three years on the tour. Steven played 4 years for the NCAA Division II West Liberty Hilltoppers during his college career. Steven competed in the 2005 West Virginia State Amateur Championship at The Greenbrier Resort, the 2008 Bag Room Open at Ocean Reef Club, and placed 25th in the 2010 Middle Atlantic PGA assistants’ championship. As a left-handed golfer, Steven has developed a skillful eye for swings from either side of the ball as well as specializing in his understanding and teaching of the short game. Married in 2009, Steven and his wife Mariana reside at Wintergreen.
