Steve joined the Wintergreen Resort office of Roy Wheeler Realty and has immediately ranked among the top producers there, just as he did in his previous career. In 2010 Steve led all agents at Wintergreen Resort with sales over 7,000,000. He was also awarded Outstanding Residential Agent for all of Roy Wheeler Realty. He is a member of the Gold Medallion Club and tied for the highest number of Excellent Ratings on post sale customer surveys last year. Steve spent over 20 years as an award winning Business Development Manager in the petroleum equipment industry prior to his real estate career. After purchasing a second home at Wintergreen in the late 90's, Steve and his wife moved to Wintergreen from Richmond and became full time residents.
