which is offering a special Health and Wellness Week beginning Monday, Nov. 26
with an impressive array of classes and activities.
Designed to
add balance and enrichment to daily life, the Wellness Week schedule
includes morning hikes, meditation, yoga and Pilates classes, circuit training,
abs and interval training, and health and nutrition classes. A special
Eminence Organic Skin Care event will be held on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 28,
while an American Red Cross-sponsored blood drive is scheduled for Friday, Nov.
30.
Health and
Wellness Week officially commences at 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, and culminates at
11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 2. Discounted one-hour classes are priced at $10 per
person.
Wellness
Week participants who desire lodging at Wintergreen Resort can take
advantage of a 20 percent discount offer on accommodations. The property
