Men’s & Women’s Tennis Ladder – January 02-December 30 (APO)
- Initial ladder position by random draw. Challenge up to three positions above you. Must accept challenge within 14 days.
1st Annual Wintergreen Winter Wonderland Party -- Saturday, February 18, 5:30-7:30 pm (APO)
- The first Tennis event of the New Year! Purely social – come out and meet new tennis friends. 5:30-7:30 pm. Limited to first 24 registrants
Friday Nights Mixed Doubles Kick-off Social/Mixer – Friday, April 20, 5:00-7:00 pm (APO, SC)
- An Opening Night Social for the popular Friday Nights Mixed Doubles at the Stoney Creek courts. Come out and meet/mix with old and new friends.
Friday Nights Mixed Doubles – Fridays, April 27-October 26, 5:00-7:00 pm (APO, SC)
- Strictly “social” tennis. Held every Friday at the Stoney Creek courts. You don’t need a partner and bring a guest if you like.
Members’ Discounted Tennis Academy – April 27-29 (4.0 & above), May 04-06 (3.5 and below) (WMO)
- Take advantage of being a WPI Member! Two different academies according to your skill level. May 05: Cinco de Mayo Theme party for all 4.0 and 3.5 Academy participants.
Spring Slam Tournament -- May 26-28 (APO)
- An always popular Memorial Day Weekend “Team” Event. Teams chosen by Tennis Staff. Includes lunch on Saturday, May 26 and an Awards Banquet on Sunday evening, May 27. Click here for more details and to register.
Property Owners’ Flight, Saturday Morning’s, June 02-August 25 (APO)
- Enjoy doubles with three different partners with overall win-loss records to determine your weekly playing partners. Great way to meet new players.
2nd Annual Wimbledon-themed Team Tennis Event -- June 30-July 1 (APO)
- Enjoy strawberries and cream and a bit of the bubbly. Play tennis and watch the Wimbledon Finals on a courtside wide-screen TV.
Club Doubles Championship, August 04-05 (WMO)
- Men’s and Women’s divisions (6.0, 7.0, and 8.0+). Teams will be determined by a Blind Draw from all Applicants according to their USTA Rating.
Property Owners’ Flight Championship -- Labor Day Weekend, September 01-03 (APO)
- “Team” Format using summer-long results with “themed” Party, Sunday Night, September 02
2nd Annual Un-Halloween Party, Saturday, November 03 (APO)
- A popular event with an award for “best” costume. Limited to first 24 registrants
Members’ Discounted Tennis Academy -- December 07-09 (4.0 and above), December 14-16 (3.5 and below) (WMO)
- Once again, discounted academies for WPI members. A great Christmas gift or get yourself ready for all those Christmas goodies!
