Wintergreen Women's Friday Clinics
Women’s Ski clinics, offered on Fridays from mid January through mid February, are geared for women who want to improve their skiing and riding skills, taught by Wintergreen’s PSIA/AASI female instructors. Sign up for one, or all four. The clinics are from 9:00 AM-2:30 PM. Lunch and instruction is included (1 Day Clinic= $109/All Four clinics = $400). Lift ticket and rental equipment is not included.

Women's Weekend
Wintergreen Resort and Alison Gannett’s Rippin Chix have teamed up to offer KEEN Rippin Chix skiing camp for all levels of women! This 2-day camp includes two full days of instruction and video analysis, with Alison’s famous steep skills toolbox instuction. Win huge prizes at her sustainability trivia contest during Saturday’s happy hour from 4-6pm, guests welcome. Brush up on the green efforts by Alison and her sponsors, including KEEN, Patagonia, NEMO, Elemental Herbs, and Osprey). The instruction will focus on all levels of skiing, in a non-traditional teaching format, with several group levels, from green runs to mastering the steeps.

Would you expect someone to be an expert at playing the piano with only one lesson? Well, the same holds true for learning to ski or snowboard. We're convinced that if you take at least three lessons, you'll stay with the sport for life. And with our GLS package, we guarantee you'll learn to ski or snowboard and SAVE money. Snowsports School Programs for Adults and Children
Group Lessons (Beginner & Intermediate)
Beginner:
Beginner Ski and Snowboard group lessons (ages 8 & above) are for those who have never skied/snowboarded before or have only tried skiing/snowboarding once or twice. Primary focus for the lesson will be familiarization of the equipment and learning to turn and stop proficiently. Lessons are 75 minutes in length (1.25 hours) and are taught at 9:30 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm, and 5:30 pm. Cost= $36 (rent our ski or snowboard equipment and save 50% on your beginner group lesson – that’s only $18).
Intermediate:
Intermediate Ski and Snowboard group lessons (ages 8 & above) are for those who have skied/ snowboarded before and are proficient with turning and stopping and riding a chairlift. Primary focus for the lesson will be improving technique and improving turning/stopping proficiency. Lessons are 75 minutes in length (1.25 hours) and are taught at 11a m and 2:30 pm daily. Cost = $42 (rent our ski or snowboard equipment and save 50% on your intermediate group less – that’s only $21).
Private Lessons
Private lessons are not only a great way to learn to ski or snowboard, but you can revamp your skills and become a better skier or snowboarder. Private instruction offers you one-on-one coaching and instruction with a PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America)/AASI (American Assosciation of Snowboard Instructors) trained instructor. Our instructors have the passion to help you learn to love skiing and snowboarding as much as they do. Lift ticket and equipment rental is not included in the price of the lesson. Participants are required to have a valid lift ticket.

Snowsports School Lesson Cancellation policy:
If lesson is Cancelled 48 hours prior to lesson start, a full refund is offered;
Less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours to lesson start: 25% scheduling fee;
Less than 24 hours to lesson start: No refund
