Our 300 accommodations range from studios to nine-bedroom homes featuring comfortable living areas, fully equipped kitchens and a balcony or deck. All accommodations of one bedroom and larger include a cozy fireplace.

An attractive alternative to reserving multiple accommodations at Wintergreen Resort, the private home adds a level of comfort and community for families desiring a more intimate space. Before long, families develop a new tradition of returning to their favorite Wintergreen home year after year.

Approximately thirty homes atop the mountain are available for rental. During their stay, guests accommodated in private homes managed by Wintergreen Resort are granted access to all the superior dining, recreational and resort amenities of the Resort. Residences range from three-bedroom bungalows to luxurious nine-bedrooms. All are furnished and fully equipped and most include outdoor decks created to enhance your mountain top relaxation. You need only step in to begin enjoying a myriad of family fun and tradition.

Accommodations not participating in Wintergreen's official resort rental program* may be advertised or rented through private owners, brokers or other entities. Guests occupying those residences are not eligible for the above noted services and those accommodations will not be serviced by Wintergreen Resort professionals (including emergency maintenance services, housekeeping, etc.) To ensure an inclusive, enjoyable Wintergreen experience guests are urged to only use the services of the Wintergreen reservations staff and official Wintergreen Resort accommodations.
