Rodes Farm Stables is an equestrian center located in Nellysford, Virginia. A Wintergreen Resort property, it is nestled in the Rockfish Valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
About Riding Camp
Our day camp is designed for the beginner to intermediate rider ages 8-14. Campers learn English style riding including ring lessons and a trail ride. Camp also includes basic horse education and care, natural horsemanship, and afternoon cool down at Wintergreen's Lake Monocan. The Rodes Farm Stables Riding Camp is a five-day camp, Monday through Friday, and is held from 8am to 2pm each day.

2009 Camp Fee
Our five-day riding camp is $450. This includes snack, swimming at Lake Monocan, helmet, and all materials. There is a 10% discount for families enrolling two or more children.
Where To Go, What To Bring
Rodes Farm Riding Camp is headquartered in the Rodes Farm Stables' Big Red Barn at 826 Rodes Farm Drive, Nellysford, VA 22958
Campers should bring riding boots, or shoes with a 1-inch heel, helmet (if you have one), bathing suit and towel, brown bag lunch with drink, a love for horses and attitude for fun!
