President's Day Weekend

President’s Day weekend is upon us and we have conditions fit for a President. We have been enjoying some of the best conditions of the season. With 5 inches of natural snow last weekend and continued snowmaking to boot, the slopes don’t get much better. Take full advantage of the holiday weekend with an extra day out on the slopes. It may be the last holiday weekend of the season, but we have the snow to last. The snowmaking and grooming teams have been doing an incredible job keeping the slopes covered with high quality snow. 

Lift ticket sales may be limited to ensure a quality mountain experience. Due to anticipated high demand, especially during peak holiday periods, lift tickets and rentals must be purchased online in advance. In the event lift tickets sell out, guests will not be able to buy them in-resort at the ticket window. Wintergreen Club Members, Mission: Affordable season passes, Mission Four’dable quad pack tickets, Buddy Tickets purchased with the passholder present, resort lodging guests, and lift tickets bought as part of a ski and snowboard school package are guaranteed access.

Slopes

We are currently skiing & riding on 26 slopes from 9a-9p with an average base of 45 inches. Open slopes are Potato Patch, Upper Dobie, Upper Cross Trail, Lower Cross Trail, Terrain Park, Lower Diamond Hill, Upper Diamond, Upper Sunrise, Lower Sunrise, Upper Tyro, Lower Tyro, Big Acorn, Upper Cliffhanger, Lower Cliffhanger, Upper Wild Turkey, Lower Wild Turkey, Outer Limits, Hydraulic, The Gap, Upper Turkey,  Devils Elbow, Loggers Alley, Sunrise Glades,  and Eagles Swoop.

Lift Operations

We are currently operating 4 lifts including Potato Patch, Blue Ridge Express, Highlands, and Big Acorn

Snowmaking

We will continue to freshen up open slopes and continue to build the base, so that we can last well into March.

Advance Sales

Advanced tickets are currently sold out for Friday through Sunday. Lift ticket sales are currently limited in order to manage capacities and maximize your enjoyment on the slopes.  

Lift tickets and rentals MUST be purchase online in advance to guarantee availability and your place on the snow.  Browse and buy on our online store.

Tubing

Tubing tickets are currently sold out for this weekend.
