10 am – Sunset Arts & Crafts Showcase (Blue Ridge Terrace/Courtyard) Unique gifts for friends, family and you! Stroll through fair and see our what local artists are creating.

11 am – 10 pm Quench Your Thirst and Tame Your Tummy (Blue Ridge Terrace) The grill will be open serving up summertime fare and local brews, wine and beverages.

12-2:30 pm Live Music (Performance Pavilion) Ragnarockers

1-8 pm Scenic Chairlift Rides (Blue Ridge Express) )  Soar down the mountain and back for an easy breezy ride. Beautiful! Complimentary for Wintergreen Members, Wintergreen Resort lodging guests, season passholders; $5 for all other guests.

3-8 pm Axe Throwing (Blue Ridge Terrace) Darts on steroids - and incredibly fun!

3-6 pm Live Music (Performance Pavilion) Chicken Head Blues

2 pm Energy Medicine Yoga (Fitness Center, ext.8562) This is an integrative yoga practice accessible to students of all levels. The practice includes Yoga poses, breath-work, meditation, and Energy Medicine techniques such as acupressure holds, Neuro-Lymphatic Reflex self-massage (a unique and powerful way of working with and clearing your lymphatic system), and energy channel clearings.  It is yoga . . . electrified! Reservations recommended. Resort Guests ($15) and Members and their Guests ($10).

9:30 Wild Saturday: Fishing is Fun (The Nature Foundation, ext. 8169) This “wild” activity is geared toward children ages 6 through 15. Kids will learn basic fishing skills, practice casting and catching fish at Wintergreen’s Black Walnut pond! All equipment is provided. Meet at Trillium House. Grown-ups are welcome to come along (fishing license required). Paid registration due by July 5. $10/Member, $20/Non-Member.

10 am – 5 pm DRAC Open

10 am Living with Nature at Wintergreen (The Nature Foundation, ext. 8169) Join a Foundation Naturalist for a moderate interpretive hike and explore Wintergreen’s natural environment. Advance registration required. FREE/Member, $8/Non-Member.

10-11:15 am Hatha YOGA with Carolyn Felling (Fitness Center, ext.8562) Must be able to move from standing to laying down. Reservations recommended. Resort Guests ($15) and Members and their Guests ($10).

12-3 pm Family Adventure Race (Discovery Ridge) Race against the clock as you and your family follow clues that take you on an adventure around Discovery Ridge. Find the hidden boxes and collect punches on your card. Stop by Discovery Ridge and pick up your race card between 12-3 pm.

1-3 pm Wild Saturday: Cedar Butterfly Feeder (The Nature Foundation, ext. 8169) Add a sponge soaked in sugar water and some slices of citrus fruit to your feeding tray and you will attract butterflies all summer long.  Nancy Donnelly-Walters will help participants construct and paint their own feeder.  Ages 5+.  Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Payment is due at time of registration.$20/ Member, $25/Non-Member.
