In an effort to maintain adequate capacity on the mountain for skiing and snowboarding, online advance lift ticket and equipment rental sales are required to guarantee availability, enhance social distancing and provide a safer environment during the pandemic. We recommend that you purchase your rentals first to ensure you get rentals for the day you want to ski and then purchasing your lift tickets.
Lift tickets are now available for purchase online. Purchasing your tickets online is strongly recommended as this is how we will control capacity if needed. Online purchasing also means a touchless transaction which is one of our initiatives with our Covid Guidelines. Day of lift ticket sales are not guaranteed. When purchasing online you can reload to an existing RFID card and go directly to slope or you will take your confirmation email to one of our four pickup boxes to receive your RFID lift ticket. Purchasing online means you will not have to wait in line at the ticket windows.

You MUST purchase your rental equipment online before you come to the resort for your visit. We will have a limited amount of rentals available per day and can not guarantee any same day rental purchases. You will purchase your rental for a certain one hour time block. Because of limited indoor capacity we are limiting the amount of rentals sold using one hour time blocks. You must arrive to the ticket windows during the hour time block to get your rentals. The time stated on the rental item is the start of the hour window. We recommend purchasing your rentals as soon as you are sure of your trip date. If the item you wish to purchase does not show up for the day you have selected, it means that the item is sold out. If this is your first time renting through Wintergreen you will be prompted to create a guest account during checkout. If you already have an account you may be prompted to update your profile with required rental information.
During the checkout process you will need to attach a guest profile to each rental. In doing so this will save you time when you get to the resort to pick up your rentals. Please have a copy of your confirmation email handy either on your phone or printed out. We will need the sale id number to pull up your sale at the ticket window.
