This four bedroom, four bath home is the perfect gathering place for a big group of family and friends or a more intimate escape. Three of the bedrooms have their own private patios and there is a shared deck that runs the full length of the front house – the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The vaulted ceiling great room is ideal for family game nights. With seven beds, three full refrigerators and a washer and dryer the home is ready for large get together’s.
Rabbit Run is conveniently located walking distance to Wintergreen’s fabulous spa. And if you’re staying in the winter months, the ski shuttle runs right by the house. In the warmer months, there is a great hike through the woods that brings you down to the Wintergreen hotel and lodge. You are also only steps away from the Appalachian Trail for hikes. And right up the road is one of Wintergreen’s beautiful lookouts – a prime spot for catching the sunset. The home sits on the 13th hole, and the golf cart path creates a beautiful walking loop after golfing hours. You are also just a short drive away from all of Nelson County’s fabulous breweries and vineyards and a full day’s worth of family fun at Lake Monocan.
This house was built in 1987, and is still owned, by one of the original founding members of Wintergreen. It has been the home to many special memories and it is an honor to invite you to make your own here.
