The screened porch has seating for four and an open deck. The hardwood floors and oversized furniture provide an updated and comfortable setting. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and eating bar.

The main level includes a queen bedroom with private bath, a twin bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room. The king master bedroom is located on the upper floor with its own private bathroom complete with jetted tub, skylights and a shower stall. This level also has its own sitting area.
