Wintergreen Virtual Job Fairs

Wintergreen Resort is a dynamic 4-season resort with a wide range of employment opportunities that offer attractive benefits including competitive pay, free skiing and snowboarding that includes rentals and lift tickets, food and retail discounts, access to pool and spa, lodging discounts and more.  The winter season requires almost 400 seasonal employees to deliver a great ski, mountain, and resort experience.  The three departments that have the greatest staffing needs are Mountain Operations, Food & Beverage Department and year-round positions including the Spa, Housekeeping, Front Desk Team and more.

Several department directors or managers from ski operations, F&B, and rental shop will give an informative talk about the positions, duties, and what to expect in that department. After the information session, the director/manager will allow time for questions. The chat feature will also be available for fielding questions or comments.
At the end of the session, you will be advised to complete an employment application online for the desired job(s).
A Wintergreen representative will be in touch with you on next steps.

Winter 2020.2021 Virtual Job Fairs

In past years, Wintergreen has typically held an on-site winter job fair in the fall.  With much of the world doing business virtually and as touchless as possible to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we are holding six virtual job fairs to begin recruiting for the 2020.2021 winter season.

Virtual Job Fair Dates:

Format:

  • Visit the Virtual Job Fairs webpage on any of the dates above at the designated time of the department you are interested in working for.
  • The department director or manager will give an informative talk about the positions, duties, and what to expect in that department.
