Classes provide the elements of lengthening, strengthening, balancing, breathing…all in a joyful, slow practice. Participants will receive a brief summary of poses explored in each class for home practice.
“You are as young as your spine is flexible”: Explore slow, juicy, mindful stretches for spinal movement and hip mobility as you gently relieve stiffness.
Yoga for runners, skiers and “the players” (golf, pickle ball and tennis): Movement for joint health, muscle endurance, flexibility and as a bonus…increased concentration.
Let’s Balance: “If you fall I’ll be there”…Love, your Mat: Posture first, then build strength in the core, outer hips, glutes and ankles. Props are available!
“Yoga is a magic carpet”. You will discover places you never knew existed : Increase blood flow in the neck, upper back, lower back, hips, hamstrings…even in your mind!
Yoga for Tight Men and Loose Women: Put some fun into stretching with less stressing, bring a partner, spouse or friend.
