There have been significant disruptions from the coronavirus for all of us. Due to these extenuating circumstances, Wintergreen Resort has added support for our guests to comfortably and confidently make a season pass purchase. During these unprecedented times, Wintergreen Resort wants to make it easy and affordable for everyone to own a Mission: Affordable XTRA Season Pass to ensure next winter is active and enjoyable for you on the slopes with all of your family and friends.
− Anyone who buys a Mission: Affordable season pass for the 2020/2021 season can choose to request to defer the use of the pass until the 2021/2022 season
− The request must be made by sending an email to [email protected] stating the request between October 1st and November 25th, 2020, and the request must include the pass holder name and the number on the pass
− This is not an offer of a cash refund or any other credit offer and only applies to the one time deferral of a 2020/2021 season pass in exchange for a 2021/2022 season pass
− The pass will be moved to the 2021/2022 winter season at no charge, regardless of a season pass price increase
If Wintergreen Resort is closed due to Covid-19 for more than 7 days (cumulative) between December 11thand March 28th:
Starting on the 8th day of Covid-19 related closure, the Pass Holder will get a 1% credit towards the purchase of next year’s equivalent season pass per day beyond the seven day grace period that Pass Holder’s home resort is closed due to Covid-19, up to a maximum of 100% credit
Credits are only applicable in the event of Covid-19 related closures and do not apply to any weather-related closures, pass holder injury, health related absences, or other reasons
Closure credits apply only with respect to Pass Holder’s home mountain (e.g. if Wisp had a Covid-related closure, a Wisp Pass Holder would get credits but a Wintergreen buyer would not get any closure credit as a result of Wisp’s closure)
Closure credits would apply under the following Covid-19 related circumstances:
Credits are based on the same type of pass as Pass Holder currently holds and are calculated based on the number of calendar days of closure beyond the seven day grace period (i.e. if the resort is closed for 17 days, the Pass Holder gets credit for 10 days of closure or 10% towards the purchase of next year’s similar pass type

Our mission really is to make skiing and snowboarding as affordable and accessible as possible, and to provide a wonderful atmosphere in which you can enjoy your time in the fresh mountain air while you create memories at Wintergreen Resort that last a lifetime. Children age 5 and under get a free season pass ($24 processing fee applies) with a paying adult. For purchases through December 15, age will be determined by the passholder’s age as of December 15, 2020. Pass may not be sold, transferred, or refunded for any reason. Pass may not be combined with any other season pass offers. A $5 processing fee will be added to all season passes. Replacement for lost passes will be charged a $29 processing fee.

Electronic Slope Access Pass Agreement– During the purchase process, each season pass holder will be asked to electronically sign the Slope Access Pass Agreement. This document will be attached to the Pass Holder profile and must be completed before your pass can be printed, mailed and/or activated. Only one name is permitted per waiver. The Family Pass of 4 will need four (4) electronic waivers on-file; one for each family member. To expedite the process, COMPLETE THE ELECTRONIC SLOPE ACCESS PASS AGREEMENT HERE.
Photo Upload – Wintergreen requires a photo on file. Simply upload a photo of each season pass holder. Wintergreen reserves the right to accept or deny submitted photos based on the following:
Families can also accept this mission! The Mission: Affordable Family Season Pass is valid the same times as the individual pass, and is good for immediate members, including parent(s) and dependent children. Additional dependent children may be added. See chart above for rates. The additional dependent child pass is not available for online sales. New this season, all Wintergreen season passholders will have unlimited access to all North American PGRI resorts. Additional passholder benefits only apply to your home mountain.
