Golf Groups
Gather your golfing buddies and make it a multiday getaway. Play Devils Knob on up on the mountain (Virginias highest golf course!) one day, and for a totally different experience, play our valley course at Stoney Creek, the next day.

Day Ski Groups
Wintergreen Resort is a terrific destination for youth groups, scouting clubs, school trips, etc. Bring the gang up to spend the day on the slopes! From beginner ‘never evers’ to experienced shredders, we have the terrain and the services to provide a fun and exciting day on the mountain.
Groups purchasing 20 or more lift tickets may qualify for special lift ticket rates and group coordination. All tickets will need to be purchased in advance in a single transaction.

Group Activities
Increase meeting productivity with exhilarating team-building activities at Wintergreen Resort. Let the competition heat up with facilitated challenges at Lake Monocan or Discovery Ridge Adventure Center. Build communication skills with stories around a campfire, or break down barriers with a round of golf, disc golf or pickleball. Our professional staff can skillfully create activities that enhance any corporate retreat, board meeting, or annual conference.
Some of our most popular group activities include:
WINTERGREEN GOLF RACE: A one hour interactive clinic by our Wintergreen Golf Academy instructors. Teams will play on a course made up of challenges, obstacles and games. Each putting hole will face a new challenge, then jump in the golf car and race to the next hole.
NIGHT LIGHT GOLF PUTTING CONTEST: Test your mettle at our Nine Hole putting contest. All nine holes will be outlined with glow sticks as well as glowing golf balls. Brave the dark and embark on a quest to win the Night Light Cup.
CARDBOARD BOAT REGATTA: Build a boat and hope it floats! Teams are given supplies to build a boat and then race it in Lake Monocan. Add challenges to the mix to make the fun last a little longer and increase the competition.
