Spa Reservation FAQ

We ask that you come at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Please understand that late arrival will not be given an extension of time. Services will be performed in the time slot reserved.

We require 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment to change your appointment type, re-schedule, or cancel in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%. Those who do not show for their appointments without calling to cancel will be charged the full rate. For groups we require a 48 hour notice.

For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be applied to all spa service of which 15% is gratuity for your therapist(s). The additional 3% is allocated as a facility usage fee. Therapist gratuities may be adjusted at your discretion.

Individuals up to age 16 may receive nail services only. For all guests under the age of 18, an informed consent must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before services are rendered. For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 may not otherwise accompany you in the spa.

Please inform our staff of any health concerns you may have at the time of booking your appointment. Some of our treatments may not be appropriate or available if you are pregnant or have certain health conditions.

Other Spa FAQ

Robes and slippers are in each of our lockers. Please dress down to your comfort level. We ask that you leave jewelry, electronics and all other non-personal items at home or in your locker.

Please respect the quiet of our Spa facility. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa to help maintain an atmosphere of quiet and privacy of other guests.

As a licensed premise, any alcohol consumed must be purchased from this facility.
