Celebrate the flavors of Germany right here on the mountain! Join us at The Copper Mine for a special Oktoberfest Pre-Fixe Dinner, available Friday through Sunday while supplies last.

Start with Pretzel Sticks with Beer Cheese and Spicy Mustard or a Cured German Meats & Cheese Plate, then enjoy authentic entrées like Rindergulasch, Schweinehaxe, or Hühnerfrikassee. Top it all off with Apple Strudel and Vanilla Ice Cream or German Chocolate Cake — each course paired with a local craft brew.
