Property Management - Owner Information

Welcome to the Property Management Web Page! Keep up to date with the latest news related to your condominium/homeowner's association or the rental program. 

Wintergreen property owners have the opportunity to partner with Wintergreen Resort to make their condominiums and homes available for short-term rental through the resort's reservation system. Guests renting through Wintergreen Resort are able to enjoy benefits that are not available through other rental agents, including free access to the Aquatics & Fitness Center and free, on-demand shuttle service.

Condominiums and homes in the rental program are evaluated regularly, and those in the best condition enjoy an advantage in the rental rotation. Our rental management staff will work with you as an owner to identify and make the repairs and improvements needed to remain competitive in the rental market.

The need for new condominiums and homes in the rental program is driven by customer demand. As condominiums and homes enter and leave the program, our inventory needs change. Contact for billing inquiries. Books owner and friend-of-owner stays. Coordinates delivery schedules with reservations. Coordinates phone, lock and internet set-up for units entering the program. Liaison with Housekeeping Department.
Evaluator and Design Advisor
Beth Harris

Provides support to the Wintergreen Resort Rental Properties program to ensure the quality and care of the units in the rental program. Details include putting together proposals for upgrades to meet the established home/condo rating scheme. Work with the rental unit's owners on proposals, prioritization, and time-frames for completion. Coordinates with contractors, vendors, suppliers, retailers for work completion to ensure rental unit has maximum availability for renting.

Maintenance Tech
Daniel Bowyer                     

Provides minor maintenance repairs to rental units: condominiums and homes. These repairs may include minor plumbing and electrical repairs, furnishing and fixture repairs, touch up painting, drywall repairs, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door, window and blind repairs and adjustments, and other minor repairs.
