The holiday season is in full swing at Wintergreen Resort, and there’s no better place to celebrate than on the mountain! With amazing conditions, festive events, live music, and family fun, we’ve got something for everyone during the week leading up to New Year’s Eve.
Holiday Week Highlights:

Saturday, Dec. 27: Kick off the weekend with creative fun for all ages! Club Members can join Holiday Apron Painting from 1–3 PM, and everyone is invited to Cookie Decorating from 4–5 PM in the Crawford Room. Tickets for Cookie Decorating are required and include a hot cocoa bar, four sugar cookies, icing, and sprinkles—guardian assistance is required for children. Later, enjoy Light the Night festivities at 5:30 PM with sparkling holiday lights and a live DJ. Cap the night with live music from Synergy Twins at The Edge from 8–11 PM.

Sunday, Dec. 28 – Tuesday, Dec. 30: Unwind and get creative with multiple Paint + Sip sessions, featuring step-by-step guided painting classes perfect for all skill levels. Meanwhile, live music at The Edge from talented artists like Shane Click, Lama and the Hound, and JPA and the Flood keeps the mountain energy going each afternoon and evening.
New Year’s Eve – Wednesday, Dec. 31:

Start your day on the Blue Ridge Terrace with DJ Boogie from 12–4 PM.

Live music continues at The Edge from 3–6 PM with Batty.

Treat yourself to a New Year’s Eve Pre-Fixe Dinner at Devils Grill from 5–9 PM (exclusive to Club Members and resort lodging guests; reservations recommended).

Ring in 2026 with an All Ages Party at Upper Crust from 9 PM–12 AM, featuring live entertainment, delicious food, and a 10 PM fireworks show you can even see from the slopes! For those 21+, join Alex Arbaugh at The Edge from 8 PM–12 AM to dance the night away.
